The use of the new Chapter 13 Plan and Plan Summary and Statistical Cover Sheet is mandatory effective immediately. 

Debtors may use the plan amendment form to make minor plan revisions before confirmation without having to redo the entire plan.  Paragraphs may be added or deleted as necessary.  Be sure to include the Pacer document number of the original Chapter 13 plan on this plan amendment form and file the plan amendment with the Court. 

Please use the new motion to modify and generic order when filing a modification to an existing plan. 

On February 14, 2007, the Judicial Conference published the new debt limits to become effective April 1, 2007.  The Chapter 13 limits go up to:
Unsecured - $336, 900
Secured $1,010,650
